I was pleasantly surprised
I had a different dentist and was not quite sure how it would go but I was pleasantly surprised. The service I received was the best one I had for the past two years so well chuffed.

My experience
I had come in due to a broken tooth. No plan given, no assistance whatsoever and said he was going to ask his mentor what to do? Paid for what exactly? Left feeling frustrated and let down. Pushing private treatment I would like to know other options. Feel let down and as if I had wasted my time

At the time of your visit, the dentist wanted to make sure all possible options were considered, which is why they mentioned checking with a senior colleague. After discussing your case, it was confirmed that the only treatment we could offer here would be to remove the tooth, and we completely understand that’s not what you wanted.
Because you clearly said you’d prefer to save the tooth, the best next step was to suggest seeing a specialist who might be able to help with retreatment, something we don’t carry out at this practice. That’s why a full treatment plan couldn’t be given on the day.
We genuinely appreciate you sharing how you felt, and we’d really like to help if you still have questions or want to talk through your options. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

I attended an appointment at short notice due to pain and swelling in my jaw. Despite a mix up with my appointment time I was seen promptly and my issues were fully investigated and my treatment plan was clearly explained. I was very happy with the service and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a molar taken out by Dr Bahram Gharapapagh and he was excellent. I was nervous and felt sick after having the local anesthetic injected, he offered to refer me to the hospital to have it done under sedation but I wanted to get it over with, so we waited until I felt better then took it slowly. He talked me through every step, I have had issues with anesthetic not working well previously so he took extra care to ensure I was numb. I was still nervous and didn't like the pressure feeling but the dentist and assistant were very reassuring, she even held my hand while he worked. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're nervous of dentists because it's the most patient and step by step a dentist has ever been with me. 10/10

I have Autism and Dyspraxia and explained this to reception who couldn't have been nicer when I said how anxious I was about the room.
The Dentist was patient and great and prior to the appointment reception telephoned and that made all the difference.

Firstly, I have a problem with my hearing. The intercom system used is very old and I could not hear what was said when the dentist called me for my appointment. The receptionist had to call out to me and tell me I had been called. The dentist examined my teeth and said I had some decay and needed a filling. He did it straight away which of course saved me rebooking. He then did a clean. Next appointment 12 months.
