I arrived for a 9am appointment promptly. Saw dentist at 9.20am. Dentist apologised for delay but didnt turn round to face me when apologising. No instruction as to what was going to happen at check up. No conversation or instruction part from "you can rinse now." The dentist came across as ill mannered & brusque.

I went to Purity and was seen before my actual appointment time , my dentist was very quick in addressing my dental issues, and concerns ,solving them in a prompt and courteous manner. My mouth is now pain free.

The dental service provided was good. My only complaint is the poor standard of the receptionist. She ignored me both checking in and out, she was very brusque, a smile, good morning, how can I help you does not cost a lot and makes everything so much more pleasant. The dental nurse was polite and pleasant as was the dentist.
