An altogether good experience
Attended at the dentist today for some work and went in just a few minutes after the appointment time. The dentist explained what was going to happen and then did the work ably assisted by her colleague.

Cannot fault the service
We have been coming to the practice for around 60 years and although it has changed hands we have always had and are still having excellent service and care. All staff have a professional and courteous attitude. Appointment times are always prompt, never have to wait but for a few minutes. Cannot fault the service we have received on any occasion whether it be for a regular inspection or if treatment is required. Total satisfaction with the practise.

My visit yesterday was the worst one I’ve had for some time. Standards seem to have slipped back to what they were 12-18 months ago. Waited 1/2 hour for my appointment and no explanation given - one gentleman in the waiting room had been there 45 minutes!! Also found one of the receptionists quite brusque in her manner to patients in the clinic and on the phone - seemed to have little regard/patience or manners !!
