My experience
The surgery really needs some investment now it is owned by such a large company. It’s very dated and off putting for nervous patients. I found the receptionist very unprofessional, constantly saying ‘what?’ when on the phone and ignoring patients when they were waiting.

I have been using this same dental surgery for over 50 years. Staff are lovely and friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere. Only downside to me is waiting room was extremely messy and whole place just didn’t feel very clean. Very different to any previous visits.

Very good dentist
I've been a patient at Purity for a long time and now it is at it's best. The desk staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient. The dentist I saw was very good, in fact the best I've had in years!
