Made me feel at ease
Told Dentist on arrival I was a bit nervous as I had not been for a while, made me feel at ease with the friendly approach, came out feeling calmer than I went in.

My experience
Had to wait an hour past my appointment time just for a check up so it was a bit frustrating. The dentist did apologise and explained there had been an emergency but I have lost time from work.

I never look forward to going to the dentist as my mouth doesn’t open very wide and very difficult for the dentist to do work.
Today the experience was really good he was very patient and understanding and still managed to do what was needed.
