I found they were really good, so much my son in law has signed up for you.

My experience
This was my first appointment in 12 months. The dentist hardly spoke to me, didn’t explain what he was doing. Didn’t ask if I had any problems, never checked the health of my gums. Basically seemed to just want to get me in and out as soon as.

A big thank you
I was a bit disappointed at first when the cap that I had fitted only lasted around a month, and told I could be seen in a weeks time, I explained to the receptionist and she did her best to get to see a dentist there and then, I was very grateful of this, and the dentist man I saw said to me I will always see you, he understands how nervous I am and is always very professional in every way. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is scared of dentists, I would like to say a big thank you to all the team especially my dentist.

My experience
The dentist is very good at her job. Communication is good, this time her timing was also good.
All the receptionist needs a little work on their bedside manner. When dealing with the public it’s difficult I know I do, however you should always smile and be warm and provide a nice experience. I have felt the staff on the front desk to be cold, off and not approachable Therefore left poor.
