I arrived on time ( 3pm ) but was not told for 30 minutes there was a problem today and my actual time of being seen was 3.40.

The half an hour wait for my 9:35 appointment that you have been reminding me of constantly for a week. If I can get there in plenty of time why can't you. How can you be running that late so early in the day?
