Purity Dental

The management and arrangement of follow-up maintenance appointments have been poor and unprofessional. A recent dental consultation lacked tact and discretion. The majority of dental patients are looking for advice, signposting and guidance, it wasn’t apparent after the initial treatment and consultation.

My appointment was on 11/7/23, Dentist herself was brilliant, however receptionist has very poor skills, kept me waiting 20 minutes after my appointment so they can book a follow-up appointment which she couldn't do, so I called back later and was told a date was available however was then told I would have to call back again the next day to get that booked. I need to get fillings done and I've been offered 2 days... the 1st is 25/7/23 which I have something pre-planned for and the other is 27/9/23... absolutely shocking wait times, will not be returning.
