Couldn’t of asked for better service. The two people that took great care of me were called Jag and Sophie: They took care of my teeth so well. I’m very insecure about my teeth but they made me so comfortable. They were also so kind and polite as well as making sure they did there job to the highest standard!

Attended Purity and met with a polite receptionist (Facing counter my left) Then proceeded to See iesha and her dental assistant who were both amazing as I am a nervous dental patient.
Treatment was carried out and having two visits in one week I was not axious about my return on Friday.

Can't just walk in as some people tried.
Not treating Covid 19 as a joke which is very professional.
My wife is so scared of injection's and pain but thanks to these wonderful staff, she was able to get really good treatment for her dental problems.
Highly recommended.

For many years I’ve had anxiety about going to visit a dental practise, to the extent that I didn’t go to one for over 15 years. A few years ago I had a tooth break which went bad, leaving me with no choice but to find a place to get treatment. That was 3 years ago and I’ve been coming here for regular treatments and check ups ever since. The team here are always friendly, polite and understanding. They always manage to find an appointment that fits in with my work schedule and the practise is always exceptionally clean and tidy. I just wish I’d made the decision to come here sooner. I can’t recommend Purity Dental enough. Thank you. 👍☺️

Awful dentists
Absolutely awful dentist. Have had numerous issues with appointments cancelled at short notice, sometimes on the way to the practice. They let you sit in reception and never bother advising the dentist your there until you complain - even when dentist totally empty. They send letters asking you to bring your child for a review and then claim that you should have checked first the review was needed, when they sent you the letter. Tried to make formal complaints and they are either ignored or followed up with letters disregarding your complaint and not answering the questions you have asked. Practice manager unbelievably rude and unhelpful. They certainly do not have any duty of care towards their patients. Would recommend people register elsewhere as certainly worst NHS dentists I have come across.

Went to Purity today for some dental work. Couldn't be happier as staff were so helpful to me. I walk with a stick due to chronic pain and staff were extremely polite. My 13 year old son also attends the surgery and they are very kind and patient with him. 👍

Had my first appointment with purity dental today and had a great experience. All of the staff are very friendly including reception and dentists! The dentist talked me through everything and explained everything really well. I had 2 fillings done which were very quick and easy. I’ve had a very bad experience with a previous dentist so this was a breath of fresh air. Couldn’t recommend a better dentist - Thank you :)
