Prompt appointment time, clean & tidy surgery. Impressed that the dental surgeon carried out a comprehensive oral surgery visual and manual inspection of not only teeth & gums but also tongue, cheeks, floor & roof of the mouth and palpitation of neck.

I was supposed to have a checkup and cleaning, after which he filed my teeth so badly that there were visible gaps between my front teeth. After this visit, I should file a lawsuit.

In some cases, especially if there was significant buildup between the teeth, removing it can temporarily create visible spaces. Some patients also experience temporary sensitivity after scaling, which usually resolves within a few days. Great service.
Needed an appointment quickly for gum issues and got straight in despite not being signed on as their patient. I had a terrible experience at my previous dentist and so decided to move to Purity Dental, which was a quick and stress free process. The actually appointment was also very thorough, again, far exceeding what my previous practice provided. Really appreaciated and impressed. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Quick & painless visit
Appointment was at 9am. Called to room 5 approx 9.05am which was a significant improvement on last visit.
Friendly welcome, explained what was happening, was interested in my dental habits at home, made suggestions to improve. Free samples regarding toothpaste to use going forward. Quick & painless visit. Very happy. Thank you.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. The noise of the drill etc. The gentleman dentist I have seen the last twice in a year has really made me feel at ease. His bedside manner is the best I have seen for some years. I will not be apprehensive about coming next time. Thank You Purity.

My experience
I found the service of teeth cleaning fine, however I think it bad that when I was booked in for the appointment at no point was I told the cost of the cleaning treatment. This I did not discover until I was sat in the chair about to start treatment. Fortunately I questioned the cost and was told there was a slightly cheaper version. Up front information would be better especially as far as costing is concerned. In the past you generally had your teeth cleaned as part of a normal check up. Why is it now a separate service? It feels like a way to make more money.

My appointment with Mr Bahram, this morning, could not have been better. He is an excellent dentist who explains everything clearly and discusses everything with me, so that I can make the best choices. His manner is extremely polite, professional, thoughtful and kind. He seems a very experienced and knowledgeable man and I trust him completely with my treatments, whatever they may be. I cannot speak highly enough of him.
