Such excellent care

I have a lifelong fear of dentists, and despite knowing how important oral health is I put off my visit. What a great relief it was to get such excellent care today. The dentist couldn't have been gentler. He had an aura of quiet confidence and professionalism. Almost a pleasure to receive my treatment, and no fear to return tomorrow. Delighted to get appointments so quickly

Emergency appointment

Phoned for an emergency appointment. Girl on telephone was kind and understanding. Allocated the soonest available appointment. Dental Practitioner gave me time to explain my problem, asked appropriate questions and carried out extensive examination. Both dentist and assistant were considerate and were efficient and professional making me feel more confident and reduced my anxiety somewhat.
