Personally, I am not fond of visiting the dentist. Went here for first time tonight and Piotr (I think his name was?) and the dental nurse could not have been nicer. They discussed issues professionally and mapped out a tailored plan to remedy the situation. Much appreciated. I know nothing about dentistry or how a practice operates but I'd hire them if I did!

Am very pleased to have been recommended to Chong Kwan Dentist having had several white fillings done and the hygienist is very thorough, finding my gums are receding and need regular cleaning with toothpaste and teeth cleaners and not just the floss. Would recommend this dentist to friends and family.

Hygienist consultation
This was an additional hygienist consultation with Liana. She was very welcoming as was her colleague and asked several questions at the start of the consult to establish how things are currently with my dental hygiene including how I brush and floss to ensure I'm following previous advice, which I was! She explained each step of what she was going to do and at the end provided some more advice to ensure my dental hygiene is maintained effectively. Overall, whilst I'm not a fan of going to the dentist Liana makes the process very easy and put me at ease throughout the consultation.

My experience
Treatment, staff all great, but I am never seen on time. My appointments are always 10 to 15 minutes late. My appointment was at 9.45 and I could have got a bus that would have got me there a few minutes after that so I walked instead which took longer because the bus would have made me a few minutes late, so it's very frustrating to take that amount of time out of my working day which I have to make up later to sit in waiting room. I would say I have never been seen on time at this practice.
