Had no problem finding the place, and the service was very good. And Michelle was very nice, she made me feel comfortable as I don't like going to the dentist at the best of times.

Both appointments were on time and professionally carried out. I was impressed by the attention shown to me by all of the staff.

I went to Chong Kwan Dental for some treatment, including root canal, and I can honestly say that Jennifer the dentist who treated me, and her dental nurse are fabulous.
I’ve always been a very nervous & scared dental patient and they made the whole process so much easier with their kindness and care.
Always checking to see that I was ok, telling me everything that was going on and never making me feel uncomfortable about anything.
I genuinely don’t feel as I once did going for treatment thanks to the lovely professionals at this dental practice
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Today's appointment did not start off well. I did not like receiving a "New patient" form to fill out and check if my details were up to date. It would be better to have printed out my existing form and ask to sign if no changes, or update the changes that have occurred. I was told I could have and should have done this online? But there was no prompt to do this in my pre visit. The admin staff asked me if I wanted the link again, and they sent the link TWICE to my husband and not me, and possibly realising their error, it came to me eventually. The form through its questions makes me re-live my car accident in which my gran passed away (but should already be on your system), as well as reminding me how my otherness as an LGBT person is highlighted through being refused blood donations (also should be on your system). The way the question is asked, I could never answer yes, even if my blood is now accepted. After my hygienist appointment, I went down to admin to book an appointment for 6 months, and that was no problem, but I was previously asked to order "tube 2" from the enlighten programme (Auleep). The younger receptionist, did not know anything about this, nor how to resolve her lack of knowledge on this. She directed me to go back up and speak with the dentist, and this was not appropriate as the dentist had a queue of patients, no need to bother her with this query. If you no longer do the enlighten programme, then that is fine too, but just say so at the time. Reception as a customer facing environment could do with some upskilling in working with people and what to do if you do not know an answer. I suggest this as someone who has worked half my life in customer facing roles and the other half as a teacher who teaches young people how to independently try to resolve situations if a courteous, helpful manner.

The dental staff I visited are fantastic, but the receptionist seemed clueless - and almost offended by my questions regarding appointments and dental plans.
