Comfortable and reassured

Everyone is so lovely. They take time to explain everything and nothing is a bother. Never felt so comfortable and reassured before with previous dentists. It wouldn't be suitable for the infirm or elderly because of the amount of climbing of stairs, my only minus.

I am so glad that you felt comfortable with us. The staff are all lovely & friendly and I do believe this is what makes the difference between a good visit & a difficult one.
We do have a ground floor access practice just around the corner, so if the stairs are a problem, its good to know we can arrange to see you here .
