The girls know I get nervous and always make sure I’m okay throughout the treatment, they take their time and take such good care of me even though I know their schedules are tight.

My experience

It was tolerable enough I guess. Kirsten wasn't too bad and although I was pleased to be no longer prediabetic, she did initially lie to me through her teeth causing me psychological distress. You won't be hearing from my legal team.

Would recommend

More than happy with the treatment received. Had a tooth removal and root canal treatment recently and the staff were superb, fully explaining what was happening and why. Also had minimal pain afterwards. Would recommend if anyone has fears - the staff are amazing.

The appointment was excellent

I was attending a hygienist appointment and was running a little bit late. I called reception and the lady was very helpful and let the hygienist know I would still be arriving.
The appointment was excellent, Ramona and Kelly were very good, very gentle and talked to me and made sure I was okay throughout the procedure.
I got great advice and I was given some bottle brushes to try out too.
It was a very good experience overall.
