Hygienist and dentist both superb

Today’s appointments were great. Sophie was kind caring and showed care in her work ensuring comfort and put me at complete ease throughout. Lena too was fantastic and took equal pride in ensuring my hygiene was up to scratch. Everyone today was fantastic and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout. Thank you.

This was my first visit and the whole team were super professional and very friendly.
Liana did a great job removing some built-up stains (coffee addict!) and provided helpful advice for how to continue to maintain high levels of hygiene when I get my fixed braces soon.

Brilliant

Laura is a credit to Chong Kwan, I’ve been going to Laura for a while now to tidy up some fillings I needed re-done. She’s a perfectionist and that’s about 4/5 fillings she has done for me now and never had any problems with any of them. She’s brilliant.
Just a shame it’s private treatment prices as they can be expensive for some

thank you so much for taking time to leave amazing feedback for Laura.
She will be delighted to hear how much you appreciate her work.
The prices are based on a combination of the time time we take & the materials we use and of course the hourly rate we need to pay the clinician & nurse. It does all add up and this is why we did have to make the difficult decision to leave the NHS- the fees the NHS were paying us for all of the above did not cover the actual cost of delivering the service that we want to deliver. Glad you have stuck with us :)
