A kind and talented Dentist
Shin Ling Yip is a kind and talented Dentist who always makes me feel at ease.
I suffer from depression and anxiety and that is worsened by dental appointments. I have a lot of issues requiring attention and it leaves me feeling distressed.
However, she is clear, calm and very helpful. She always explains what treatments she will be carrying out and checks in regularly to make sure I am ok.

Lovely staff
Sophie was lovely as was Dolly and the dental nurse. Sophie took time to explain everything to me as the treatment was done. They all did their best to make me feel at ease which was appreciated.

Absolutely outstanding
I've had the pleasure of dealing with a lot of the staff at Chong Kwan Dental Care. I left an NHS practice to join Privately at Chong Kwan and it's been the best decision I've made. My dentist Shin Ling is absolutely outstanding, so very lovely every time we've spoken. Really takes her time to chat through everything, the proceedure, after care or just any questions I've had. I've also had the pleasure of having David at a one off appointment. Again so lovely and eloquently spoken and very clearly he has a deep care for his patients by the way he handled my appointment. I always feel comfortable with 100% faith in all of the work they have done to my teeth. I couldn't recommend them enough.
