From the beginning of my treatment to the end Dr Yip made the experience a positive one. She has a lovely manner and she ensured that I understood the process, including the positives and the challenges. My comfort throughout the process was also taken into account. All in all I am very pleased with the result, it was worth every penny.

My experience
Normally a good experience but was kept waiting 20 minutes for my appointment. It was not made clear that she was filling two teeth and I didn’t feel she needed to clean my teeth afterwards given my recent hygienist appointment. The whole process took much longer than normal and spending time telling me how to clean my teeth did not help.
