I have no dentist in the area and had toothache. I was seen by Sophie James promptly under NHS emergency. She identified and hopefully solved the problem, albeit perhaps temporarily. I fully intend to register at the practice in the new year. Thank you Sophie.

Wonderful staff
My experience was very good yesterday at the surgery. I met some wonderful staff who were very helpful. Sophie and her assistant were very pleasant and professional in the care and advice given.
As someone who lives locally, it would be good if the practice accepts NHS patients.

Thank you. I am glad that we pleased you. The prospect of accepting new patients in the near future seems remote. Maybe September we could take a few if my plans come together and we fill our empty chairs, but finding dentists willing to take NHS patients just now is like finding teeth in a hen.

A filling behind my front tooth
I had a very good experience. I was very nervous as I was having a filling behind my front tooth. However I needn't have worried as Sophie and her dental nurse put me at ease straight away after I voiced my concerns. The work was carried out very professionally. I left with a smile on my face.

Genuine professional care
Annual check up, as the statement suggests this happens every year and after quite a few years now I still get the feeling of genuine professional care about my oral hygiene and teeth. It is a comprehensive exploration and with friendly personalised chat the check up covers a huge amount of areas that impact my health and, believe it or not, I do actually look forwards to my yearly check up, knowing that if I pass this with at least a "B" I will be loaded up with ideas/suggestions to get an "A+" next year.. Proactive and preventative advice
I came to have a check up as was experiencing pain in the right hand side molars. Very thorough examination carried out by David to try to find the root of the problem and appropriate treatments were carried out. Now feeling much better and pain reduced, but given good proactive and preventative advice and provided with clear safety netting information.

Chong Kwan Dental Care
If you like to be educated by your dentist about how to brush, floss, manage sugar intake etc., then this is a great dentist for you. For me, I kinda know everything they’re telling me already, even if I don’t choose to follow what they say, and so I’d rather skip all that. I don’t think my dental care routine is bad and yeah I could floss more etc., but at this stage of my life, I’m basically gonna do what I’m gonna do. So, they’re thorough and it’s hard to criticise that, but it doesn’t suit me so much. Other than that, they’re friendly, professional and efficient.
