My Hygienist Appointment throughout ran like clockwork. Hygienist and Assistant work with reassuring professionalism ensuring l was relaxed during the time getting my teeth scrape and polishing and advice on dental hygiene with the whole experience painless throughout.

David you are a star, I'm not very good at the dentist but you and your assistant made me feel at ease and comfortable with the treatment I had to receive, your banter and humour makes me laugh inside and the music makes it much more relaxing, never thought I'd ever say that about going to the dentist...So thank you to you both for getting out of pain.

Understanding about my fears

I have lost my great fear of dentists thanks to Shin Ling Yip. She is so kind and helpful. She was so understanding about my fears and was very gentle.

Definitely would recommend

Very professional and friendly staff. Working for the patient at his or her own pace to make them feel relaxed. Extremely knowledgeable and take care at all times. Staff are so understanding of each patient's needs. The staff talk you through each process and they make you feel comfortable with each process. Definitely would recommend your dentist surgery for treatment. I for one have a lot of issues mentally with anxiety and PDSS but the staff were so helpful and understanding and helped me with each treatment.
The surgery staff and reception are all one team working together for a fantastic customer care experience service at all times.

Sophie and her assistant were great.

Everything went well with my appointment. Sophie the dentist and her assistant were great.
I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. I was given a good examination and some very sound advice.
I’ve been with the practice for many years and I’ve always been very impressed with the level of professionalism by the reception team and dental staff

This was my first time with a new dentist and hygienist. Both the dentist and the hygienist were very professional and friendly and made the visit relaxing. The two assistants were also very helpful and friendly.
