Highly recommend
As usual, I received excellent care at this practice. I had pain in my jaw and was given an emergency appointment. After the consultation I was told what the problem was and what action to take to help with the pain. This put me completely at ease, and that if I had any further problems with it, not to hesitate to call. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this practice.

My experience today was positive. I’m anxious regarding dentist but think the girl I saw today was Laura and she listened to what I said and went over things with me. I would feel more calm next time coming in if Laura was my dentist.

I can fully recommend Chong Kwan Dental care. I have been a patient for many years and have full confidence in my dentist who always explains my treatments and the reasons for my treatment well. Attention is given to my comfort and safety also.
Such a different experience from when I visited my dentist as a child in the 50's and 60's.

Very good first impression
First visit with Dr. Shin Ling Yip. Never experienced such a comprehensive examination. Dr. Shin Ling Yip explained everything very detailed on what she was doing and what the next steps will be. I got a treatment plan with all estimated costs visible. Ladies at reception are lovely. Very good first impression.
