My experience
My recent interactions at Chong Kwan are a bit mixed. The dentist practice is clean, and staff always friendly and patient when seen face to face. Unfortunately, I don't feel that I am fully heard when I raise concerns on my teeth and my finance for further cosmetic that I don't feel fully necessary. However, I know that the care is expert and that I am being looked after. Staff at the front desk are wonderful and friendly face to face, however when I phone in, the service is almost embarrassing, having to spell my surname multiple times, then try spelling it phonetically (military alphabet) but still having the letters said back to me incorrectly. I get text messages urging me to book an appointment, despite me having just had an appointment, and this confusion helps no one.

A regular scheduled appointment with Thelma, always on time, greeted by name, a fast, simple personal, yet professional service as always. Never thought I would say this, however, I do not mind visiting this dental service because everything seems to go very well with no hassles. Great service and has been this way for years.

Extremely patient and reassuring
Sophie had to replace a large filling at the back of my lower jaw. I was very apprehensive about the procedure but both Sophie and the nurse were extremely patient and reassuring with me.
