Extremely patient and reassuring
Sophie had to replace a large filling at the back of my lower jaw. I was very apprehensive about the procedure but both Sophie and the nurse were extremely patient and reassuring with me.

Polite and professional
Difficult old molar that broke. Took ages picking remnants out. Sophie called in Chong to help. Eventually with help of an X-ray all remnants were hunted down. Polite and professional throughout.

Excellent care
My appointment with Sophie was the first dental appointment I’d had since before Covid, and I was really apprehensive about going as I had neglected my oral hygiene in that time and was ashamed of the state my teeth had gotten into. However, Sophie assured me that with proper, consistent maintenance that I would be back smiling in no time and it really meant a lot how much she cared and appreciated the difficult times I’d been through. I genuinely cannot fault a single aspect of my journey through my first dentist appointment in about 5 years, from a very prompt reply to my initial email, to an appointment the very next day, and finally the excellent care I received from Sophie.
