A routine Hygienist visit
As usual, greeted by name, appointment confirmed and executed on time. This was a routine Hygienist visit, a regular event and check up, I was seen on time and with full background knowledge for the appointment. The treatment/actions were completed in a professional manner and no surprises encountered. I have never had a problem with any treatments/appointments since I started here, quite a few years ago. Regards the "admin" for any appointments it is simplicity itself, I get a few email reminders, I complete any paperwork online prior to the visit, and they are able to adjust to suit, for example I have had phone calls asking if I can attend a bit earlier than my appointed time slot, due to cancellations, and after accepting this, it made my entire day more easily managed. Overall, a knowledgeable, friendly, personal service from a dental team who have "my teeth" as their primary concern.

Can you please thank my dentists and nurse as today was huge for me. I have MS, bad tremor, my left hand moves no control. I am terrified anyway but after extraction today I can honestly say best experience I have had in 55 yrs going to get teeth out, so thank you.

Visited Thelma today for my 3 monthly hygiene appointment, Thelma is always friendly and professional, remembers my preferences with regard to method of hygiene cleaning due to extra sensitivity. Spotted a change in the appearance of my lips and referred me on promptly thanks for noticing Thelma.

Dental Treatment
The receptionist and dentist were very friendly as always.
However, my needs were ignored slightly whilst recieving treatment as the dental nurse seemed to be new or still in training. I appreciate everyone needs to learn, but this delayed the appointment and meant that I heard all the behind the scenes details of my treatment that made me feel uneasy at times.
