Dr Shin Ling Tip inspires confidence with her approach which is very thorough and professional. Her clear explanations of what needs to be done and how she will do it puts me at my ease. Her assistant is always attentive and completes the process which allows me to relax in the dentist's chair.

Wisdom toothache, emergency appointment
I called this practice yesterday regarding constant toothache pain. The customer service was excellent compared to NHS practice, was seen today so fast and receptionist was lovely, so helpful, also Sophie was brilliant, so friendly and patient as was anxious with tooth extraction. Fantastic private dentist company will definitely be transferring over! Sophie and her team were so reassuring.

Friendly staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentist herself was very approachable, clear and took the time to explain things very clearly. Dental visits in the past have felt like assessments, whereby I feel like it wasn't good enough. Didn't have that feeling at all today. The dentist even took time to explain my x-rays and point out things. Essentially I was treated like an intelligent adult, which hasn't always been the case in the past. So I appreciated the gentle atmosphere, and I even learned something!

Promt appointment and good service
I phoned practice 10 minutes earlier than appointment and was thanked for advising them. Was then taken by hygienist very promptly and excellent review of dental hygiene.
