The dentist and her assistant were very good and professional. At deciding how to help me with my treatment. She used the scanner for inside my mouth which is very hard to do but the dentist made me feel more relaxed and calm and explained each step of what she was doing.

A filling had fallen out and I was given an appointment for the day after contacting the surgery. Sophie and her assistant worked really well together and I felt totally relaxed throughout the whole experience.
Sophie explained everything from start to finish.

Treated me with compassion
Attended both for dental appointment and hygienist appointment. Every member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and compassionate. Staff asked questions and educated me whilst never making me feel bad about my answers. Helped me to create a plan on areas I struggle with and treated me with compassion and understanding.

Highly recommend
Excellent care from Caroline and Dolly, they are extremely good at communicating what needs to be done, keeping you informed, and getting agreement before any action is taken. As a team they seem to always be ahead of the patient's needs and are both gentle and caring while also meticulous. Highly recommend!
