My dentist is not only highly skilled but is very personable too. I was blessed to have found him. He is a delight. He educates me at every visit and I have appreciated this .

Chong Kwan Dental Care

I arrived on time (slight delay at reception with a queue but that’s not an issue) but, as usual, there was a 20-25 minute delay waiting room in being taken in for appointment. I wouldn’t mind if delays happened occasionally but it is every single time I attend for appointments. Not the first time my hour has been up so needed to go out to feed the parking meter. So I lost my second appointment with the hygienist.
The staff are all excellent and the dental care is excellent but the casual attitude to customers time is very poor.

I am so sorry that you have had repeated incidences of my lateness and I know you were very annoyed at this appointment. Thank-you for your kind comments about the quality of care and my staff, but I do appreciate that my time-keeping is a weakness. I have taken a couple of steps to try and reduce the likelihood of this in future.
