Outstanding

The service is always outstanding. Receptionists are mega friendly, Auleep who’s taking care of my treatment plan is a mega nice guy. I can’t recommend the practice highly enough.

Ran very well

Arrived with plenty of time for my appointment. Due to a cancellation, I was taken in half an hour early. My appointment ran very well with the hygienist pointing out where I have to pay more attention to while brushing with the rest of my oral check-up being ok.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Emelia was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with lots of information. She was also very accommodating regarding me being at work.

My experience

Usually the reception is friendly but l would like to complain about my experience today at the dentist's reception in the high street clinic. I had an appointment today at 4:30 pm, I arrived at 4:25 pm and went over to the reception and tried to communicate with the receptionist who completely ignored me for 15 minutes, despite my attempts to communicate with her, In the meantime she took three separate phone calls without answering me between the calls. I was shocked and upset.

Very good aftercare advice

Very clear and detailed explanation of what work I needed. It was all carried out during my first appointment. The dentist also gave me very good aftercare advice.

Chong Kwan Dental Care

I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment with the hygienist. Although she explained she had an emergency, what would happen if I was so late? I feel there should be recompense for this wait. I know if you’re late for your appointment you can be charged or not seen, is this the case?

I am very sorry that you had such a long wait. Dentistry can be unpredictable.
It is not the case that we charge patients who arrive late. Although we charge for broken appointments, it is our policy that if a patient, whether through mistake or mishap, makes it into the practice they will not be charged although we will make every effort to see a late patient, we might not choose to do so. Of course, a late arriving patient runs the risk of causing the next patient to be kept waiting.
I hope this seems a reasonable approach to you.

A great experience

Having had numerous bad experiences I was extremely nervous. However I was put at ease immediately and Sophie (I think that’s her name - too nervous to pay attention) was wonderful. Her whole manner was very calming and she knew exactly what she was doing. A great experience.
