Explained all the possible outcomes

I made an appointment with Dr David to look after my toothache. This is my first time here and I’m quite nervous. But Dr David is really patient and making sure that I’m relaxed. He explained all the possible outcomes to me and suggested the best way to preserve my tooth. Thank you so much.

Amazing service

Amazing service from staff, so friendly and was put at ease. Really helps as can be nervous when visiting the dentist. Didn’t feel rushed, was thorough and informative. Best decision was moving from previous practice to Chong Kwan!

Always treats me with respect

As I've gotten older, I am more nervous of the dentist than when I was younger. I always find the staff very gentle and understanding. Also the practice is very accommodating with appointments as I work shifts, this is really helpful in helping me keep up to date with my oral health. Thelma, the hygienist has been amazing, she always treats me with respect, never lecturing me on my bad habit. Always feel relaxed and in safe hands.
