Made me feel at ease

Phoned this morning and spoke to a nice lady in reception told her my problem and she said to come in at 12.30, went in and met with the dentist, he explained to me from start to finish what he was going to do, like many of us I don't like going to the dentist but the young dentist made me feel at ease, 5 stars all the way.

Called this morning spoke to a friendly and helpful receptionist told her I was in pain told me to come in at 12.30 went down then for appointment with the dentist who explained what he was going to do from start to finish which made me feel calm and at ease he had to remove my tooth which like most people dread but I didn't feel any pain so from the call this morning and to having my tooth removed it's 5 stars all the way thanks again.

Always on time

Thelma the hygienist is always on time. I never have to wait. She is very thorough in checking and cleaning my teeth. All the staff at this practice are very friendly and helpful.

Auleep, very thorough and understanding

Auleep was very thorough and spent time understanding my wishes before scanning my mouth and taking pictures so we could both discuss whilst having something to look at. He then explained the options and has given me time to consider these before the next appointment.
