Courteous and confident

Laura was marvellous. I am not the best patient however, Laura took time to explain my treatment, causes & plan with caring detail. Very professional, courteous and confident in her ability. Other than a couple of my appointments being late, I cannot fault my treatment thus far.

Dentist was brilliant with me

I am terrified plus have MS, have tremors but when scared intensifies terribly, dentist was brilliant with me trying to understand my feelings and nurse put my faith back in going to dentist.

Chong Kwan Dental Care

I've written very good for the service that I received with Mr Gken. There was though one incident that was very negative and always sticks in my mind. When my children were younger they both got an infection on the day of their appointment. I could have brought them in but really they weren't well and they could have passed the infection on. So I phoned and cancelled. The practice (and it was one of the head/partner dentists) insisted I pay a double cancellation fee and it was at a time when we were extremely short of money.
I said to them that he was greedy - but what I think now is that he lacked empathy and understanding. This event was a number of years ago so I hope now that the practice you run is done so with a more kindly outlook.
