In expert hands
A big thank you to Shin and her assistant for the exceptionally high professional standard of care I received during my recent visit for a challenging procedure. Time was taken to talk through everything in detail beforehand in a friendly, unhurried manner which dispelled all anxieties. At all times I felt I was in expert hands. A shout out also to the friendly and welcoming reception team. The best!

Very gentle and lovely
Really appreciated Shin explaining all the options we have for the treatments for my teeth and taking the time to show me the x-rays so I can see what's going on with my teeth too. She's very gentle and lovely, no pressure to commit to a treatment there and then, especially at this time of year when finances are a bit tighter!

Friendly, familiar, professional service, prompt on-time appointment, knew me by sight and was up to date with my details of treatment, treatment was perfectly executed, professionally completed, all follow up details clarified. All in all, this is the service I have received for the past few years and I would not swap it for any other.
