My experience

Nothing stood out. Appointment was c10mins late - neither the receptionist nor hygienist mentioned this. During appointment, dental nurse caught the side of my mouth (with the suction tool I think) and I’ve been left with a cut which stings each time I eat or drink - it’s cracking when I open my mouth.

Chong Kwan Dental Care

Auleep always takes time for a little chat at the beginning of the appointment. Social, but also covering diet, tooth care, any issues arising since last appointment. Talked about water flossing as an alternative to dental floss - I didn't know such a thing existed but have just ordered a gadget.

A friendly, professional service

Recognition, the receptionist knew me as soon as I walked in and mentioned my appointment.
The hygienist, Thelma, recognised me and addressed me by name.
Always a friendly, professional service from all the staff and specialists.

Chong Kwan Dental Care

Very good appointments, helpful, good check up with dentist and a good clean with the hygenist. Good to also discuss the issues I have been dealing with and organise a follow up for orthodontic treatment. Just a shame that things will then be changing so no more NHS appointments but will stay on as 'pay as I go' treatment.

On arrival at reception I was well attended to and told to wait at the upstairs waiting room. I was taken on time for my appointment by the Hygienist who put me at ease with her friendly welcome, who carried out the Hygienist work professionally and on leaving reminded me of my next appointments.

An absolutely amazing dentist

Sophie is an absolutely amazing dentist who takes great care of my boys and me when we come down. So patient with them both and very detailed during treatments, explaining everything as she goes along. Fabulous!
