My experience

At the end of the session I was told that we aren't an NHS dentist anymore. Dont think I'll be able to get another NHS Dentist- or be able to afford private. So I guess I'll let my gums rot.

Hello, we are telling our patients at the end of their appointment how to continue to access dental care. This may be staying with our practice as a private patient, many of our patients find our monthly payment plans affordable but we understand this may not be an option for everyone.
Having healthy gums has a lot to do with good brushing and interdental cleaning with the small brushes, hopefully our hygienists were able to give you the information on how to do this.
We can help patients find an NHS practice if you would like information on how to do this please call 728109 and our reception team will be able to help you

The care was good

When at my appointment, the care was good and considerate. I found the 2 emails, text message and phone call prior to the appointment, was far too excessive. One or the other would have been sufficient.

Hello, thank you for your review, it was lovely to hear you appreciate the care given. We will look into the 2 e-mails, perhaps one is enough, the call the day before happens if we do not have the health screening form back as we still have to screen for Covid.

Chong Kwan Dental Care

Whilst the dental practice itself is very professional and trusted, I was disappointed with the new dentist I got. Competent I'm sure but painfully slow. I was in for over 2.5 hours to get one filling done! I feel like this is unacceptably long and was not a comfortable experience for me.

Thank you for your feedback. The dentist you saw is a young dentist who takes a great deal of time and attention on all the work they carry out . None of our dentist's in the practice are particularly fast however if you would like to see another dentist please call the practice on 0383 728109
