Caring and gentle

I am terrified and have MS with involuntary movement I cannot control, my arm has tremors and flies about its self, my dentist is very caring and gentle, had extremely good way with her, so did nurse, so I will come back.

Very helpful and welcoming

They were all way too happy today.
Serious though, I have been a patient with the surgery for many, many years and have always found everyone from the receptionists straight to my own dentist to be very helpful and welcoming.
