I have recently joined the practice and have nothing but praise for the staff.They are all very friendly and welcoming when I attend my appointments.The covid precautions they have are first class.with temperatures taken before treatment is given The staff all wear personal protective clothing which is very reassuring for the patients and makes you feel safe.I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a fantastic dentist

We know many patients are justifiably concerned about cross-infection and, as we work a few inches from patient's mouths, we share and understand those concerns. They are amazing, polite and when you are in need of care they are not going to disappoint.
Sure you need to stick to soft food and no sugar drinks for a bit after dental work but that's called DENTAL CARE which is what they are trying to educate you on.
The reminder calls about my appointments have been a god send during stressful weeks which can lead a person forgetful.
Mr Kwan is beyond amazing.

Patients arriving at the entry door could only gain entry by phoning-some i'm sure do not use a mobile.The treatment I recieved once I was seen was as usual excellent.Just sorry to hear that my dentist, Eilidh, is leaving the practice shortly.

Hello Brian, thanks for your kind rating and valuable feedback. We do advise people without a phone that as soon as their surgery is free, we will be coming to the door to escort the departing patient out, at which point we will call the next patient in, but I will review what the signs on the doors say with your comments in mind today. I do hope you will be happy with your new dentist who we expect in the latter half of September, she certainly seems very nice and will work more extensive hours for our patients in order to let us get through our backlog.

I had a very positive experience with David. I came to him with alot of pain with an upper 6 tooth, in which I had had two different composite fillings, which were causing me severe pain. I had been suffering for many months. He listened to me, he was compassionate, and he got me out of pain. I was very happy that he offered me follow up appointments to check all was OK. I would recommend him. Particularly appreciated that he has a calm and confident manner. 👍😁

Hello Felicia, glad to have been of help. I do see frequent problems with posterior composite fillings. Many dentists regard them as very technique sensitive, although I think of them no more so than amalgam fillings. Both require good technique and avoiding false economy by using inferior materials. It is particularly important to listen to the patient and address pain as a priority.

Always so polite, welcoming and professional.
I have yet to meet someone who makes me feel uncomfortable whilst I am having work done on my teeth. They are gentle and very cautious. Always asking if you're ok and if you're comfortable. As they are probably aware of bad experiences in the past from previous dentists or phobias of dentist tool noises and sensations.

But don't worry. These folks are amazing.
Without them, I would have lost teeth from being too afraid to take up appointments. Now they're better than ever and it's all thanks to them. They make me smile and my smile is looking better than ever because of you lot! <3

I am sure your comments will help someone to pick up the phone and book an appointment. There are so many people out there with dentist-hesitancy who will be nursing a problem which would only worsen by further delay. Despite the current difficulties getting through our patient backlog, we are still able to offer urgent care.
