Appointment was during Covid restrictions. Reception staff were courteous and informative during my health check, and when at the reception waiting area. The dental care assistant and the dental technician were also courteous and informative. All staff were professional in their approach and made sure my visit was comfortable.

Went with a fractured back tooth.
Was in a lot of pain.
Was looked after extremely well by all staff members.
Was put at ease straight away.
Tooth was drilled and refilled.

Covid precautions were very clear and proportionate. Reception (Jeanette) was very welcoming as always. Dentist (Eilidh) was thorough and professional as always, indicating her proposed course of further treatment but making it clear that the final decision was mine. Future appointments were made at times convenient to me.
