I attended my checkup at the end of November 2020. Ann gave me a very thorough inspection of mouth, jaw, neck. She also advised me on suitable cleaning sticks for between the teeth, as the ones I was using would remove food particles but would not help with keeping on top of plaque.
Ann helped me to feel very much at ease as I am an extremely nervous patient. I have every confidence in Ann and hope I can continue to be her patient. Thanks

Under the current circumstances our experience was good as it was a hygienist appointment you couldn't get the full service using the scale machine so it had to be a manual scale which was better than notihng at all. Thelma is my normal hygienist but we saw Gillian and she was very good putting g us at ease and talking through everything she was doing.

Hi Susan, I am glad you have posted such an appreciative review. It really helps bring new patients to the practice. The thing about a manuals scale is that it takes longer to achieve the same result. That is why you might of noticed that your appointment was 40 minutes instead of 20. We wish for a rapid return to normal when things can be carried out at a normal rate and when all our dentists can work full time again. In the meantime we are offering as full a service, as safely as we can.

Following an appointment on 21st September, delayed by government decree from 24th March, I have no hesitation in continuing to recommend David Chong Kwan's mission to allow those teeth I have left to remain in my mouth. With skill and determination, he and his team have been successful in that mission for well over 30 years and even the most sensitive of my teeth hope, indeed expect, to be able to bite on my food till the Grim Reaper eventually calls. A mere five stars are barely enough!
