Very kind and understanding
Very professional and Sophie is lovely as was her dental technician, I hope that's correct. Very calming and relaxing especially as I've suffered a family bereavement recently so they both made me feel better about sharing with them, again another first but both very kind and understanding. Made my visit a much more pleasant experience as I am very anxious about meeting people and going out just now. Thank you

The reception staff at the Chong Kwan Dental Care practice are very friendly and helpful. The dentists are very professional and friendly. They will talk you through everything that is being done at every stage of your treatment and make you feel comfortable whilst they are very professional

My 6 monthly is never a chore. Sophie my dentist and her dental nurses are always professional and friendly. The team on the desk are always super helpful. Strange to say it but visiting the dentist is always a pleasure, even my kids love going for their check ups! Well done to a hard working team!

Michelle is a qualified dentist and knows her work and very informative to allow me as a patient as to what dentistry is required on my teeth. I am a new patient and throughout my necessary appointments hope to have a set of upper and lower teeth which will give me no issues in the future and of course very much necessary when consuming food.
