Having arrived in Scotland after travelling for a month and noticing some tooth pain my son made an appointment for me at Chong Kwan Dental Care in High Street, Dunfermline. They kindly made a prompt appointment so that I could be seen immediately and the dentist attended to my tooth. All staff were courteous and I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I recently approached Chong Kwan Dental Care after needing an emergency appointment due to bad toothache, caused by a damaged tooth and abscess.
I have to say I have been impressed by the level or care right from the start. The receptionist were very friendly, understanding and helpful, and arranged an appointment for me later the same day. The dentist was friendly and informative, and took the time to listen and was able to provide a resolution to my toothache, whilst I was waiting on antibiotics doing their work. I had a follow up appointment to have the offending tooth removed (after discussion with dentist, and being able to make an informed choice).
I was impressed with how well my dentist kept me informed through treatment, and sought support from senior colleague where required, giving me total peace of mind.
After the level of care received, I will be looking in to changing to this practice.

Absolutely terrified of the dentist. I've seen three different dentists in Chong Kwan Dental Care and each of them are fantastic and kind. They are extremely friendly and reassuring. They aren't local to where I reside but for how professional and understanding they are, I'll be going back without a doubt. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Would highly recommend trying them!

My dentist Eilidh Watson is so professional and put me at ease. I’m getting some treatment for fillings on my front teeth and today was my first lot of fillings. All done and looking great back on Wednesday for my next treatment. 😀
Delighted with the result and will be happy to get the rest of my treatment done.
Nicole who was receptionist when I arrived was a lovely friendly girl really chatty and made you feel so welcome. When I ever phone for appointments the girls are so helpful Wendy is lovely to talk to and very friendly 😀 I was sorrywhen Emma left but delighted to have Eilidh now . Thanks to you all 😀
