Never keen on going to Dentist but receptionists at Chong Kwan are very polite and helpful, while the Dentist was very gentle and explained what she was doing and what I have to do to keep my teeth and gums in good condition.
Did have appointment with Hygienist but they have been furloughed. Surprised to hear this when appointments are hard to get. Next available was 2nd August.

I am absolutely petrified off the dentist I had to go on wed 13 th Sep as a bit of my filling came out my front tooth I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed as much as I could was spoken to so I knew everything that was going to happen a very good dentist with very caring staff from the receptionist to the dentist thank you so much I could not quite get myself to make app for a check up x

as always, received professional and friendly attention from all staff - total faith in their care and knowledge - use to dread going to the dentist, but, since becoming a patient here, my fear has disappeared lol....usually have a nice bit of chat and banter with the staff, too :)

This is a great dentist, I'm a very nervous patient but my dentist Megan from The Rosyth practice is a star when it comes to keeping me calm and is great at making me feel welcome. The nurses in surgery and reception are great too, always putting the patients first 👍🏻

I have no need for patience with you and appreciate the patients who give appreciation back. It is hard to be gentle sometimes when something difficult needs done. I think most dentists feel anxious for their patients and patients perhaps don't realise how important their own attitude is in obtaining a good outcome. You are a pleasure to treat.

It is often the case that a "routine exam" is anything but. We are particularly keen that all the tissues in and around the mouth are properly inspected.
