As someone who had spent 20 with an absolute phobia of dentists I broke a tooth and needed an emergency appointment, picked a random as far away from my old dentist as possible (and the resin for the phobia).
Wow, what a revelation. Really nice, helpful and professional staff who took my phobia seriously and they have been amazing. As you can guess after so long I need a lot of work dove but they are that good I actually fell asleep during a root canal treatment. There are only a few garages I would let work on my motorbike...there is only one dental practice I would let near me. I am really sooooo chuffed I found them.

I arrived early for my appointment and was seen straight away... which was a lovely surprise! I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the surgery and how personable staff are. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist and received hypnosis for this from my dentist, David Chong Kwan, some years ago. This and the ongoing positive encouragement offered by David and Thelma (Dental Hygienist) has been the catalyst for real change in my 'active' dental awareness; keeping a close eye on dental hygiene and conscious impact of how diet, everyday stress and illness may contribute to fluctuations in my dental health. Their attentiveness is always greatly appreciated. Season's greetings and many thanks to you all!

I've been a patient in this practice about 15 years now, 2 of my children also go there ( the other attends the special dental clinic at Queen Margaret for people with profound learning disabilities )
I've never once had a visit or treatment at Chong Kwan that I was unhappy with, the reception staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional.
I would recommend this practice without hesitation.

I first visited Chong Kwan Dental care at the start of this year suffering from toothache. The treatment I have received from Eilidh and Allyson over an extended course of remedial work has been first class and was always delivered in a friendly and relaxed manner. I have been a patient for over 4 years now and I recommend them to anybody who asks.

My dentist has made me feel very at ease and less anxious from the first day I went. She talked me through any treatment and whilst having it she kept reassuring me everything was okay.

This is the only dentist surgery where the dentists don't leave after 6 months or a year like most are and you continsually get another dentist who doesn't know you.

9/10 I have had an appointment with my same dentist. Only on an emergency appointment it has been someone else who has the same nature and I was given a same day appointment so I wasn't left in pain.

I have recommended friends and family especially those with anxiety because they take into consideration the patient and the best way to give treatment.

Perfect for a Dental Surgery.

As always a great experience with Louise. In my experience she has always taken the time to explain what she will be doing and what I should expect. Root treatment a couple of months ago was almost a pleasant experience & certainly nothing like others who had shared their various experience. Very happy with his dental practice.

Insist on rubber dam though, The fail rate doubles without it. We always use it at Chong Kwan Dental Care.
