My appointment for a check up at Smart Smiles was okay despite me being a nervous patient. My dentist and her nurse were friendly efficient and appointment was on time (important to a nervous person).

First appt here today. All good, dentist thorough and had X Rays. If I had to say anything negative it would be 20min wait after appt time which I didn't mind about apart from parking ticket only 1 hr. Worked out I was out in time. All good.

I've always been very pleased with my experiences here and today I had an emergency appointment. The reception staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful and the very friendly dentist took time to explain everything to me and really put me at my ease. We are so fortunate to have this practice here.

Very welcoming staff, although I arrived 1 hr early the very kind lady who attended to me was able to bring my appointment a little forward. Smart Smiles - Ebbw Vale - recent appointment
The staff and dentists were friendly and welcoming and happy to answer questions. I was advised to get a filling on a tooth that hadn’t hurt but was sometimes sensitive to cold. After the filling, the tooth became more painful and much more sensitive to cold, so the nerve may have been affected by the dentist or afterwards by the hygienist.

The staff and facility are equally of a very high and professional standard, with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere yet still maintaining a very professional environment. This dentist’s surgery is a very well organised and all the dentists are likewise in standards and knowledge. So to put it short this is a dentist’s that you will feel very comfortable in visiting and receiving any treatment.
