I was in Smart Smiles dentist Ebbw Vale on Thursday 2nd of October. I was a little disappointed that my appointment time passed and I was called in 10 minutes late. However I saw Ms Riya Roy who sorted out my filling painlessly and efficiently and was on my way to pick up my daughter with time to spare. Thank you and well done.

Friendly and welcoming environment at a very professional practice, all of the staff are lovely!
The Dentist, and Nurse who saw me (Len and Alix) were fabulous, very calming, very professional and did a great job at making me feel comfortable and ensuring I understood what needed to happen next.
Alix was a great support while I was having teeth removed, the process was over quickly but completed professionally and ensuring I was ok all the way through. This really helped with my dentist anxiety!
The dentist is not my favourite place due to some childhood dental experiences, but I have certainly found somewhere I can feel comfortable.
