Lovely staff and facilities.
I just don’t understand why scrape and polishes are now £69? I used to pay around £15 for them at Bethcar before they went private. Why the massive jump in price in such a short space of time? My wages haven’t tripled since then. It’s discouraging me from having them which is negatively impacting my teeth.

Explained everything in detail

Lovely dentist, explained everything in detail to me and gave me options for treatments. Reception team also super friendly and explain the treatments to you further

Extremely polite and professional

Attended a routine check up 06 May 2026. The Dentist was very nice and her dental nurse. All staff were extremely polite and professional on the front desk and very helpful.

What a fabulous dental practice! Helpful & friendly staff who are happy to help. The practice manager was the first person I met, she was so friendly & offered to help me fill in all the forms that were required.
I had the pleasure of meeting my Dentist Len, he was very funny & chatty & instantly put me at ease. Ella his dental nurse was very calming, caring & helpful.
I have not had the best experiences with dentist in the past & was a little nervous. Len & Ella made me feel so at ease & I am now very happy to attend my appointments. I can’ honestly say that I’m so pleased to have such a brilliant dental practise.

I have a dread of visiting the dentist but I attended Smart Smiles today as an emergency patient and they were fantastic. Despite an extraction, I left feeling really taken care of and happy to return. Thank you

We can’t thank you enough. From my husband being in agony. Even going to the emergency dentist in Newport. And be given antibiotics. The lady on reception sorry. Can’t. Remember your name. But finding out how my Husband is said leave it to me. Within 8 hours. We had a phone call with an appointment the following day. Lowri. The. Dentist put him at ease even went back yesterday and had the tooth removed and the root of the one next to it.

Very impressed for my first appointment

Just used them for 1st time today, very impressed. Lovely staff, the dentist was very friendly and informative, with a productive approach, just got it done without my fuss, fab experience. Would definitely be my 1st choice dentist in the future. Thank you
