Very well organised
I am a very nervous patient when visiting the dentist. It was my first time visiting Smart Smiles in Ebbw Vale today and the staff really put me at ease. From the initial telephone call this morning, the receptionists were very polite both over the phone and upon my arrival. It is a lovely, clean practice and appeared to be very well organised. I was seen by Dentist Len and assistant Leah and they really put me at ease. I was very emotional due to my nerves of visiting the dentist however they calmed me down almost immediately. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at the practice and feel my nerves have been eased for future visits. Thank you all and keep up the good work.

This has to be the first time I have visited a dentist you can actually chat with, what a lovely man. We both laughed about the dentist in The Little Shop of Horrors, to which he told the Dental nurse, she would have to watch it to see the joke, yeah fantastic, they have my business.

I was treated quickly and cordially
My appointment was the quickest I could get out of the three private dentists I investigated, and on the day of the appointment I was treated quickly and cordially. The facility itself was incredibly clean and modern. The receptionists were friendly and attentive, and the dentist was conversational, pleasant, and informative. It was the quickest dental appointment I've had but entirely in a good way, I didn't feel rushed at all, like some medical appointments I've had.
Even the X-Ray was quick, and easily scheduled another appointment.
I also expected to pay more for a private dental appointment, so I was pleased with the prices I paid.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend Smart Smiles.

Where to start honestly from the bottom of my heart I can’t thank this dentist enough, from seeing len, Megan and then today seeing ahmed all three have been brilliant and so friendly, also I would like to say thank you to the dental nurse I forgot her name ( sorry ) but again she have been brilliant so kind and caring, so have everyone else at the dentist, I absolutely love my new dental bridge a few happy tears when I got home.
