Smart Smiles - Ebbw Vale

My appointment was scheduled for 9:20am I arrived a couple of minutes early and booked in with a receptionist who was very welcoming, she took my details and asked me to take a seat bang on 9:30 I was called in by the hygienist, she was being supported by another staff member who was also learning on the job, the hygienist introduced herself and the other staff member she went on to ask me some related questions regarding my treatment and the reason for seeing an hygienist, she made me very comfortable and spoke clearly explaining each step of the treatment. I was able to tell her a little bit about myself and treatment I used to have with a previous dental practice, this gave her some valuable information which she was able to act on. Another important appointment is required in 3 months however following some guidance and practices I’m currently doing hopefully will be enough for me not to have to many hygienist appointments. Only been with smiles since recovering from the Covid pandemic so far myself and wife are very pleased, costs will always be a factor when having treatment.
