Excellent service, competent staff.
Visited Smart Smiles yesterday, replaced a filling I had recently lost and the service was amazing. From receptionists to Dentist and dental nurse. Efficient, professional and polite and very pleased with the results. Can recommend the team at Smart Smiles.

Very welcoming
We had a friendly welcome at reception and were asked to fill in a medical questionnaire, the receptionist was very helpful. When I went in to see the dentist he introduced himself ( Len) and shook my hand I think that was the first time I have ever experienced this with a dentist. We sat and had a chat before and after the examination which made it a more relaxed experience. All of the staff seem to have the same relaxed but efficient approach to the patients.

This was my first visit to the premises, first impressions was very nice, set out lovely, very inviting, excellent front desk service, very pleased with my experience and the dentist who looked after me today, courteous and explained everything, made me feel very relaxed and confident I was in great hands.

Excellent treatment by warm and friendly staff
I’ve found all the staff at Smart Smiles very warm, friendly and kind. Their excellent patient care involves explaining everything about what a treatment will involve and easing any nerves. Today I had an appointment with Chloe Musij and she was 100% lovely. I feel lucky to be on the patient list at Smart Smiles and am no longer anxious about attending dental appointments. Thank you to all at Smart Smiles!

Checkup time again
After arriving at the dentist I was handed a form to fill in and before I had finished the form I was being called to see the dentist. All the staff were cheerful and friendly and made you feel relaxed and comfortable.
