Today I had my first appointment, and although I felt a little nervous, everything went well, from the first minute I walked through the door the receptionist, dental nurse and dentist were happy, helpful and respectful, they were all immaculately dressed and everything was spotlessly clean.

The dentist herself was lovely and tried her hardest with my tooth I cannot fault her at all.
However I cannot say the same about the male receptionist I've never met someone so rude. When I came from the dentist with a prescription and waited at the desk he took the prescription when I said 'that's just my prescription' he said 'i need the code' in quite an abrupt manor, he did not listen when I said I needed 2 appointments and only booked 1, "it's going to be the end of June now to get this tooth out' was his reply before booking an appointment, he didn't check to see if the appointment was suitable for me just booked it, printed it out, handed it to me and turned to serve someone else. I would not want to be served by him again.

With regard to appointment availability, please be aware that NHS dental services are currently under significant pressure, and appointment slots are limited due to the volume of patients and the constraints of our NHS contract. As a result, delays and reduced flexibility in scheduling are unfortunately a reality across many practices at this time. We always aim to allocate appointments as efficiently and fairly as possible within these limitations.

Extensive dental treatment
All staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel more relaxed.
All work was carried out professionally and efficiently by friendly young dentists, from initial appointment to the review appointment at the end.
I am over the moon with the work done on my teeth and can't praise them enough.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

As to all the previous appointments, just a catalogue of errors, which I very much want to forget and never wish to encounter again. It was a very stressful and upsetting situation to be in.
