My first visit at this dentist & can’t recommend them enough. Staff at the front desk were really welcoming and friendly & the dentist (Len) was brilliant and talked me through the whole process and made sure I understood and was comfortable.

First visit to Smart Smiles I was able to book and have an appointment promptly,on my arrival I found the receptionists welcoming and the clinic was clean and decor was of a high standard. I was greeted on time by the Dr who introduced herself she was pleasant and professional and put me at my ease everything was explained about my treatment plan and all questions I asked were explained my experience was very good which reflects my five star review

From booking the appointment to arriving at reception and the checkup itself, I was amazed by the service, friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of the whine team at Smart Smiles. Kids loved the experience and it felt like a different way of doing dentist appointments. 10/10.

My first visit went really well, I am very scared of the dentist and I was made to feel so relaxed, my dentist introduced himself by his first name which was lovely and talked me through my treatment, I was also very impressed how I had a follow up call about my appointment and to make sure I was happy with everything.

On entering the premises I was very impressed, the staff were welcoming, very professional and informative on the treatment I would be getting, I’m always nervous going in these places but was put at ease by staff and the dentist. No problem in going again.
